When a MPD investigation of a Department of Children’s Services referral turned up evidence of inappropriate behavior, Clifford R. Carr, 20, of Cobblefield Avenue, was arrested Tuesday.

The DCS referral alleged Carr watched pornography with a 12-year-old boy.

The victim also alleged he saw Carr masturbating and tried “to show him how to do it,” the report said.

During questioning Carr admitted to most of the victim’s allegations, MPD reported.

The evidence was presented to the June Rutherford County Grand Jury and Carr was indicted.

Carr’s bond was set at $10,000 and is scheduled to appear in court June 20.
