SMART, Macey Richardson, age 70 of Smyrna, died July 2, 2010 at MTMC.
Her parents, Johnny B. and Katherine V. Richardson, preceded her in death.
Her survivors include her children, Wendell L. Newman, Sr., Penelope R. Smart, Carrietta A. Smart, Mechelle D. Smart and Dennis T. (Debra) Smart; 3 sisters; 3 brothers and many other relatives and friends. Friday (July 9, 2010) Lie-in-State at Scales & Sons Funeral Home from 12 noon - 5 pm. Saturday (July 10, 2010) Services at First United Methodist Church, 300 Sam Hager St., Smyrna - visitation from 10 - 11 am and funeral at 11 am. Pastor James Butler, officiating and Minister Penelope R. Smart, eulogist.
