Lunch & Learn at St. Clair Senior Center

The Lunch & Learn Educational Group will meet from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, June 17 at the St. Clair Street Senior Center, 325 St. Clair Street, Murfreesboro.

The June program will be on “Home Health Care.”

This is an essential program for both caregivers and seniors. A panel of Home Health Providers will speak on home health concerns relating to non-skilled care and skilled care that is provided for persons with limited disabilities who want to stay in the home.

Guest speakers will be: Jennifer Dye, Generations Home Care; J’nyne Bernard, Middle TN Home Care; Carrie Stafford, Comfort Keepers; Dinah Wells, SunCrest Home Health; Randy Bauch, Continuous Care Services; and, Robin Anderson, Home Care Solutions.

Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., and is provided for the first 50 who sign up … other participants may bring a lunch and attend the program if space is available. The Program begins at noon.

Reservations for the Program are required and can be made from June 1 to June 11, by calling 848-2550, or in person at the Senior Center between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, this series is presented monthly on the third Thursday. Scheduled speakers offer information on various topics of interest and answer questions.
