Students beginning high school in the fall of 2009 will experience many changes in their high school graduation requirements because of the new high school policy and the Tennessee Diploma Project.
Blackman and Eagleville will hold freshman orientation Monday, March 9. All students are encouraged to attend.
The state of Tennessee is one of 34 states who have adopted the American Diploma Project to better prepare all Tennessee children for successful post-secondary work, education and citizenship. At this meeting, you will be introduced to Rutherford County’s new high school graduation requirements in accordance with the Tennessee Diploma Project, and an opportunity to view the school will be provided. |
