Financial advisor Daniel G. Jones will present a seminar entitled, “College: Getting There from Here” in the Linebaugh Public Library Reading Room at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 12.

Jones will lead a discussion on establishing a college savings goal, strategies to help achieve the goal and the features and benefits of 529 savings plans.

The event is free and open to the public.
