The Rutherford County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse, center of Public Square, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to act on the following requests:
A. Derek Veselich and Camie Perkins – BZA 2012-040
Location: 4743 Veterans Parkway, Map No.:93, Parcel: 10.06, Request for conditional use permit to allow the establishment of a major home-based business of a construction office/storage with variance relief allowing an additional 2,160 square feet of detached accessory structure area for a property located in the R-15 zone.

Location: 5108 and 5152 Rucker-Christiana Road, Map No.:149, Parcel: 41.00, Request for temporary conditional use permit for a three-day special event to include live music and on-site camping for a property located in the R-15 zone.

Location: 14447 Manchester Pike, Map No.:188, Parcel: 7.00, Request for conditional use permit for special events and variance relief from the development
standard requiring double bituminous parking areas in the R-15 zone.
G. James H. Jacobs, II – BZA 2012-049
Location: John Bragg Highway, Map No.:104, Parcel: 120.02, Request for temporary conditional use permit allowing a borrow pit with relief from the area
requirements and setback requirements for borrow pits in the R-15 zone.
H. Stephen Pearcy – BZA 2012-050
Location: 7721 Valley View Road, Map No.:45, Parcel: 27.01, Request for temporary conditional use permit to establish a corn maze and variance relief from the
development standard requiring double bituminous parking areas in the R-15 zone.
I. Stan Vaught – BZA 2012-051
Location: 11132 Lascassas Pike, Map No.:62, Parcel: 10.00, Request for temporary conditional use permit to establish a corn maze and pumpkin patch wtih variance relief from the development standard requiring double bituminous parking areas in the R-15 zone.

MURFREESBORO AIRPORT COMMISSION
The Murfreesboro Airport Commission will be meeting on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 4:30 pm at the Murfreesboro Municipal Airport, Terminal/Administration Building, 1930 Memorial Boulevard, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
Notice of Public Meeting
A public meeting will be held at Patterson Park Community Center, 521 Mercury Boulevard, on Monday, September 10, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. to allow citizens the opportunity to give input on the City of Murfreesboro’s Greenway, Blueway, and Bikeway Master Plan. The plan will determine a com-prehensive, citywide approach to the growth and development of these corridors for the next 25 years.

• September 24, 2012 at 9:00 AM in the Planning Department Mezzanine Meeting Room located at 1 South Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN.

Specifications may be obtained at the City Manager's office in City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, or at the Parks and Recreation office, 697 Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37128, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All bids must be sealed and labeled "Parks and Recreation 60” Riding Mowers Bid.”

RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE NOTICE
Take notice that Mukeshkumar P. Patel 2015 Empress Dr. Apt. #I-2 has applied to THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE, for a certificate of compliance and has or will apply to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission at Nashville for a retail liquor license for a store to be named Liqour Depot and to be located at 2002 East Main Street Murfreesboro, TN 37130 and owned by PIYU INC.
