Location: 7721 Valley View Road, Map No.:45, Parcel: 27.01, Request for temporary conditional use permit to establish a corn maze and variance relief from the
development standard requiring double bituminous parking areas in the R-15 zone.
I. Stan Vaught – BZA 2012-051
Location: 11132 Lascassas Pike, Map No.:62, Parcel: 10.00, Request for temporary conditional use permit to establish a corn maze and pumpkin patch wtih variance relief from the development standard requiring double bituminous parking areas in the R-15 zone.

MURFREESBORO AIRPORT COMMISSION
The Murfreesboro Airport Commission will be meeting on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 4:30 pm at the Murfreesboro Municipal Airport, Terminal/Administration Building, 1930 Memorial Boulevard, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.

Notice of Public Meeting
A public meeting will be held at Patterson Park Community Center, 521 Mercury Boulevard, on Monday, September 10, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. to allow citizens the opportunity to give input on the City of Murfreesboro’s Greenway, Blueway, and Bikeway Master Plan. The plan will determine a com-prehensive, citywide approach to the growth and development of these corridors for the next 25 years.

The Rutherford County Regional Planning Commission announces the following meetings:

Specifications may be obtained at the City Manager's office in City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, or at the Parks and Recreation office, 697 Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37128, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All bids must be sealed and labeled "Parks and Recreation 60” Riding Mowers Bid.”

Take notice that Mukeshkumar P. Patel 2015 Empress Dr. Apt. #I-2 has applied to THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE, for a certificate of compliance and has or will apply to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission at Nashville for a retail liquor license for a store to be named Liqour Depot and to be located at 2002 East Main Street Murfreesboro, TN 37130 and owned by PIYU INC. Mukeshkumar P. Patel 2015 Empress Dr. Apt. #I-2, President.
All persons wishing to be heard on the certificate of compliance may personally or through counsel appear or submit their views in writing at CITY OF MURFREESBORO, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreeboro, Tennessee 37130 on September 13, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.
The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission will consider the application at a later date to be set by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Nashville Tennessee.
