The Murfreesboro Historic Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 3:30 PM on Tuesday December 20, 2011 in the City Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit comments from the public and review the application for the First Presbyterian Church located at 210 North Spring Street and the Old City Cemetery located on East Vine Street for inclusion into the National Register as required by the Certified Local Government program.
All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bid forms may be picked up at the Office of Road Superintendent, any working day (Mon. – Thurs, 7:00 – 5:00) prior to bid opening date.
The Highway Commission reserves the right to accept any bid in their opinion to be the best or to reject any or all bids.

Effective January 1, 2012, the following are Rutherford County Highway Dept. procedures for the bidding and purchases of gasoline and diesel fuels for the Rutherford County Highway Dept.
All vendors wishing to submit bids for prices on an as needed basis should notify Rutherford Co. Highway Dept in writing by Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Vendors who do not submit by the dead line will not be allowed on the list until next year being effective 01-01-2013. The following information will need to be provided: Company Name, contact person and their position, list anyone else that will be authorized to sign the bid for the company and their position, phone and fax number.
Procedures will be available to all vendors that want to bid on gasoline and diesel fuels. Those procedures will be available to be picked up at the Office of Road Superintendent, 1510 Rutledge Way, Murfreesboro, TN. any working day (7:00 – 5:00, Mon. – Thurs.) prior to December 31st.

The Rutherford County Steering Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. at the Rutherford County Courthouse, Room 205, Murfreesboro, TN with the Legislative Delegation.
