The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to Francisco Javier Alvarado, Jose Antonio Alvarado, Juan Alexander Alvarado and Alexandria Rochelle Olivaz. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon M. Anne Austin, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 1300 Salem Road, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506, (931) 646-3013, an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed by the Tennessee Department of Children Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice. LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Application W-12-064 by Mr. Max L. Moss, Jr., for Three Oaks Development Company, LLC, is requesting an exemption from the weeds and grass ordinance on property located along the north side of North Tennessee Boulevard (Tax Map 81, Parcel 1.00), just south of Mosaic Trail and Terragreen Court, as provided in City Code Section 14-53. It is requested that the property return to a natural state or as a wilderness area. All interested parties are invited to attend.
While the public hearing on the above item will be held at the date and time listed above (Monday, December 17 at 1:00 PM), the Board of Zoning Appeals will tour the subject property on Monday, December 17 at 10:30 AM. Effective January 1, 2013, the following are Rutherford County Highway Dept. procedures for the bidding and purchases of gasoline and diesel fuels for the Rutherford County Highway Dept.
All vendors wishing to submit bids for prices on an as needed basis should notify Rutherford Co. Highway Dept in writing by Thursday, January 3, 2013. Vendors who do not submit by the dead line will not be allowed on the list until next year being effective 01-01-2014. The following information will need to be provided: Company Name, contact person and their position, list anyone else that will be authorized to sign the bid for the company and their position, phone and fax number.
Procedures will be available to all vendors that want to bid on gasoline and diesel fuels. Those procedures will be available to be picked up at the Office of Road

The Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Department is accepting sealed bids for two (2) 2013 one-ton extended cab trucks with utility bed. Bids must be received in hand by 10:00 a.m. local time, Monday, December 17, 2012, and may be express mailed or hand delivered to the Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Department’s Operations and Maintenance Facility

The Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department is accepting sealed bids for contracts to repair one (1) raw water pump located at the River Raw Water Intake at the Stones River Water Treatment Plant.
