CITY OF MURFREESBORO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Regular Meeting, December 17, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Council Chambers LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Application W-12-064 by Mr. Max L. Moss, Jr., for Three Oaks Development Company, LLC, is requesting an exemption from the weeds and grass ordinance on property located along the north side of North Tennessee Boulevard (Tax Map 81, Parcel 1.00), just south of Mosaic Trail and Terragreen Court, as provided in City Code Section 14-53. Invitation to Bidders Effective January 1, 2013, the following are Rutherford County Highway Dept. procedures for the bidding and purchases of gasoline and diesel fuels for the Rutherford County Highway Dept. All vendors wishing to submit bids for prices on an as needed basis should notify Rutherford Co. Highway Dept in writing by Thursday, January 3, 2013. Vendors who do not submit by the dead line will not be allowed on the list until next year being effective 01-01-2014. The following information will need to be provided: Company Name, contact person and their position, list anyone else that will be authorized to sign the bid for the company and their position, phone and fax number. Procedures will be available to all vendors that want to bid on gasoline and diesel fuels. Those procedures will be available to be picked up at the Office of Road Superintendent, 1510 Rutledge Way, Murfreesboro, TN. any working day (7:00 – 5:00, Mon. – Thurs.) prior to December 31st. BID INVITATION 2013 One-Ton Extended Cab Truck with Utility Bed The Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Department is accepting sealed bids for two (2) 2013 one-ton extended cab trucks with utility bed. Bids must be received in hand by 10:00 a.m. local time, Monday, December 17, 2012, and may be express mailed or hand delivered to the Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Department’s Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 1725 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130. All bids must be clearly marked “2013 One-Ton Truck with Utility Bed – ATTN: TERRY TAYLOR” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
