NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, December 20, 2012, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 12-OZ-44 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance so as to modify the conditions of the Planned Residential Development (PRD) for the purpose of changing some of the requirements of the original zoning to convert lots into single family detached instead of single family attached structures.

• December 10, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Historic County Courthouse located in the Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN. (This will be the only meeting for the Planning Commission in the month of December.)

The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to Francisco Javier Alvarado, Jose Antonio Alvarado, Juan Alexander Alvarado and Alexandria Rochelle Olivaz.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon M. Anne Austin, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 1300 Salem Road, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506, (931) 646-3013, an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed by the Tennessee Department of Children Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice.  If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 36-1-117(n) and Rule 55 of the Tenn. R. of Civ. P. for the relief demanded in the Petition.  You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office, Byrdstown, Tennessee.

Por la presente se le ORDENA que haga entrega oficial a M. Estate of Glenn Campbell
Notice is hereby given that on the 20 day of November 2012, Letters Testamentary, in respect of the estate of Glenn Campbell, deceased, who died October 28, 2012, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this Notice if the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) before the date of the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date of the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the Notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.
