NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Estate of Virginia Haven Bell Schade
Notice is hereby given that on the 31 day of October 2012, Letters Testamentary, in respect of the estate of Virginia Haven Bell Schade, deceased, who died September 18, 2012, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this Notice if the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) before the date of the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date of the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the Notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Proposals for the development of a park in west Murfreesboro.  The Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals package is available at the offices of the City Manager, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130 or the Parks and Recreation Department, 697 Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN  37128, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  The submittal deadline is 4:00 p.m. on December 4, 2012, at the City Manager’s office at the above address.  All proposals must be sealed and marked “West Park Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals, Deadline Date December 4, 2012”.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Rutherford County Property Management Committee and Public Safety Committee will have a joint meeting on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office located at 940 New Salem Road, Murfreesboro, TN for the purpose of reviewing the Sheriff’s five year plan and any other business.  A tour of the Sheriff’s Office will be conducted at 4:30 p.m.
In accordance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), any disabled persons requiring accommodations for participation in the meeting should contact the County Mayor’s Office at 898-7745 at least two working days prior to the meeting in order that appropriate accommodations can be made.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Application S-12-061 by Mr. Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., for Reynolds Holdings and Development, LLC, is requesting a variance from Section 25¼-24 (A)(22) of the City of Murfreesboro Sign Ordinance which prohibits a sign placed in or over a public utility or drainage easement on property located at 526 Dill Lane.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
Application Z-12-062 by Mr. Chris Wyre, is requesting a 3-foot variance from the minimum required 20-foot rear building setback for principal structures, as stated in Chart 2 (Minimum Lot Requirements, Minimum Yard Requirements, and Land Use Intensity Ratios) of the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, for property located in a Residential Zero-Lot Line (RZ) zone at 2345 Will Drew Drive.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
Application Z-12-063 by Ms. Lissa Young, is requesting a special use permit in order to conduct a home occupation (clothing sales) at her residence located at 3419 Meadowcrest Drive.  The property is located in a Residential Single-Family (RS-15) zone.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
