LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Rutherford County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at 4:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Historic Rutherford County Court House, center of Public Square, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to act on the following requests:
A. Harold Rose – BZA 2010-051
Location: 2880 Johnson Lane, Map No.:178, Parcel: 27.05, Request for conditional use approval to allow a major home-based business primarily engaged in dismantling motor vehicles for the purpose of wholesale or retail distribution of used motor vehicle parts in the Residential –15 zone.

SANITARY SEWER BIANNUAL
TELEVISION INSPECTION & CLEANING AGREEMENT
Sealed bids  will be received by the Director, Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department (MWSD) , Water and Sewer Annex., 220 NW Broad Street., Murfreesboro, Tennessee, until 2:00 p.m., CST, on November 16, 2010 for a bi-annual Television Inspection Agreement.
The work consists of the following elements:
This is a general agreement to perform various television inspections, including wet weather, as well as cleaning sanitary sewer mains as needed and as requested by MWSD for a two year period.  It is expected that approximately 30,000 to 50,000 of mainline sewer and 150 to 250 private service lines could be inspected during each year of this agreement
Specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department Engineering Annex, 220 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37130.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm on November 9, 2010 at the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department, Engineering Annex, 220 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37130.  Representatives of the OWNER shall be present to discuss the Project.  
The City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids, to evaluate Bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of the Owner.  No Bids will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of Bids.  Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.

WHEREAS, default having been made of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust, dated January 17, 2008, executed by Laurel Brook Homes, Inc., to J.
