NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Estate of Lela A. Lipetri
Notice is hereby given that on the 1 day of October 2012, Letters Testamentary, in respect of the estate of Lela A. Lipetri, deceased, who died July 22, 2012, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this Notice if the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) before the date of the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date of the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the Notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

MURFREESBORO AIRPORT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
The Murfreesboro Municipal Airport is inviting all interested neighbors to view and discuss the proposed modified Airport Layout Plan on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 6:00 pm at the Murfreesboro Municipal Airport, Terminal/Administration Building, 1930 Memorial Boulevard, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, Parks and Recreation Department, Murfreesboro, Tennessee until 3:30 p.m., October 15, 2012, and at that time opened and publicly read for Renovation of Tennis Courts at Patterson Park. Specifications may be obtained at the City Manager's office in City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, or at the Parks and Recreation
office, 697 Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37128, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All bids must be sealed and labeled "Parks and Recreation Renovation of Tennis Courts at Patterson Park Bid.”

Competitive sealed proposals will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, at the Office of the City Manager, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37130 until 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 for the City of Murfreesboro Wellness Program. In addition, the hard copy competitive sealed proposal and an electronic version of this proposal, must be received by Lisa Stamm, Esq., at the office of Sherrill Morgan, 525 West 5th Street, Suite 310, Covington, KY 41011 and lisa@sherrillmorgan.com no later than the same date and time as
specified above. A Letter of Intent to Propose must be received by Lisa Stamm no later than Friday, October 19, 2012. Specifications for this competitive sealed proposal may be obtained from Lisa Stamm at the office of Sherrill Morgan, at the above-referenced address, or through email at lisa@sherrillmorgan.com. Information for this competitive sealed proposal may also be found on the City’s website at www.murfreesborotn.gov.
