By virtue of various Writs of Execution and Garnishment issued by the Rutherford County General Sessions Court in case no. CV-109500 entitled Nashville Readymix of Murfreesboro vs. Albert W. Wade, et al, there will be exposed to SALE by public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash all of the right, title, interest and claim of Albert W. Wade, in and to the following described real estate:

The City of Murfreesboro will receive and publicly open sealed bids for Murfreesboro Fire Department Action Training Systems Computer Based Software. Bids will be opened September 14, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. in the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, P. O. Box 1139, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37133-1139. REPLACEMENT SEWER
The City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee will receive sealed bids for the Water and Sewer Department at the Murfreesboro Operations and Maintenance Building, Conference Room, 1725 South Church Street, for the above referenced project, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on the 21st day of September, 2010, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held at 10:00 a.m., September 10, 2010, at the Murfreesboro Operations and Maintenance Building, 1725 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN.
The major work will include approximately 7,030 feet of 36” interceptor sewer, crossings of the Lower Lytle Creek, one TDOT crossing of South Church Street and one CSX railroad crossing.

Trustees Notice Of Foreclosure Sale
Whereas, Default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a certain promissory note dated October 22, 2009, and the Deed of trust of even date, securing the same, recorded at record book 954 page 3235 in the register's office Rutherford County, Tennessee, executed by John D. Arket, Jr conveying certain property therein described to Floyd Arnold as trustee, for Glendol Andrews Barnes.
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that Floyd Arnold, as trustee by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested in and imposed upon said trustee will, on the11th day of September, 2010, at or about 10:00 A.M., at the Rutherford County Courthouse in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder for cash, free from the statutory right of re-demption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions
