Sealed Proposals for Additions to Rutherford County Health Department, Smyrna, Tennessee, should be mailed or hand-delivered to the Rutherford County Mayor’s Office, Room 101, Courthouse, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time, Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened by the Purchasing Committee and read aloud at 4:30 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time on the same day.
