LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 PM on August 3, 2011, in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the above illustrated zoning request [2011-412] for property located south of New Salem Highway and east of Barfield Road (approximately 2 acres). The request is to rezone the property from RS-15 (Single Family Residential District) to CH (Highway Commercial District) and to zone 0.10 acres CH simultaneous with its annexation. The application for zoning was made by the property owner, Pinnacle Bank, whose agent Mr. Glenn Layne, may be reached at (615) 849-3332. LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the above illustrated zone change request [2011-411] for properties located along New Salem Highway (Highway 99) and Barfield Road (approx. 83 total acres). The properties are currently zoned RZ (Zero Lot Line Residential District), RS-10 (Single Family Residential District), and CL (Local Commercial District). The request is to:
1. Rezone approximately 5.9 acres from CL to CH (Highway Commercial District);
2. Rezone approximately 24.9 acres from RS-10 to CH;
3. Rezone approximately 7.5 acres from RZ to RM-16 (Multi-Family Residential District)
4. And, to rezone approximately 44.7 acres from RS-10 to RM-16.
