Upon reading and filing evidence consisting of a declaration signed under oath by Kongsy Thitphaneth, Petitioner, it satisfactorily appears that the Respondent, Khonpasert Thitphaneth, cannot be served with reasonable diligence in any other manner specified in Article 3, Chapter 4, Title 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure; it also appears that a good cause exists, from the petition, in favor of the Petioner, and that said respondent is a proper party to the action.
