LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 PM on March 7, 2012, in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the above illustrated zoning request [2012-404] for properties east of South Church Street (Highway 231) just south of Runnymeade Drive. The Planning Commission will consider rezoning approximately 5.3 acres from PCD (Planned Commercial District) to CF (Commercial Fringe District). The subject property is currently zoned PUD (Planned Unit District) and is referred to as the Indigo Planned Development. The request is to rezone approximately 25 acres to RM-16 (Multi Family Residential District) and to rezone approximately 38.7 acres to RS-8 (Single Family Residential District). The Planning Commission will consider rezoning approximately 31 acres from PCD (Planned Commercial District) to CH (Highway Commercial District) and to rezone approximately 66.4 acres from RS-15 (Single Family Residential District) to CH.
