NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE TENNESSEE, RUTHERFORD COUNTY
DEFAULT having been made in the terms, conditions and payments provided in certain Deed of Trust executed by John C. Reed and Peggy Reed to Michael T. Default having been made in the payment of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by WILLIAM V. UNDERWOOD AND SONS CONSTRUCTION, LLC, to R. WHEREAS, Julie L.
