NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE Default having been made in the payment of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by LARRY W. JERNIGAN and BETSY E. JERNIGAN, to R. NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, JAMES M. DORAN and DONNA G. DORAN, (collectively, the “Grantor”) by that certain Open End Deed of Trust (With Future Advance Clause) dated September 13, 2006, recorded in Record Book 667, Page 1403 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Rutherford County, Tennessee (as modified or amended, the “Deed of Trust”), conveyed to Jerry P.
