It appearing from the original sworn Petition filed herein and the entire record in this cause that the residence and current address of the above listed persons, Gloria Rednaur a/k/a Gloria Ridenower, and all unknown or unborn heirs of Francis Leo McManus, deceased, are unknown and they cannot be served with process or otherwise be provided with notice of these proceedings, it is therefore ordred that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Murfreesboro Post, a newspaper of general circulation published in Rutherford County, Tennessee requiring Gloria Rednaur a/k/a Gloria Ridenower and all unknown or unborn heirs fo Francis Leo McManus, deceased, to appear before the Clerk of said Court on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication hereof and make defense or objection to the Petition filed in the above cause, which seeks the intestate administration of the Estate of Francis Leo McManus, deceased, or otherwise assert and/or make known any and all rights or claims they might have in this cause. Failure to respond or object shall result in said Petition being taken as confessed and this cause will proceed ex parte and all rights, objections and claims, if any, shall be forever waived.

licensed contractors as required by T.C.A. 62-6-103. Bidders shall place their bid in an envelope showing the bidder’s name, license number, expiration date, and that part of classification applying to the bid in accordance with T.C.A. 62-6-119. Bids not conforming with this provision shall not be opened.
Bidders are required to submit an affidavit at the bid submission that the contractor has a drug-free workplace that complies with T.C.A. Title 50, Chapter 9.
