The area located to the south and west of the area proposed for rezoning from Planned Commercial Development (PCD) District to Commercial Fringe (CF) was incorrectly labeled Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District; this area should have been labeled as Local Commercial (CL) District as is indicated on the map below. /s/ Melissa B.
