 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 11-OZ-02 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, February 10, 2011, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 11-OZ-02 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance. The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance so as to modify the conditions of the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District by: renaming the development from the Reserve at Dill Lane to Richland Falls; increasing the maximum unit density from 14.6 dwelling units per acre to 15.5 dwelling units per acre with a maximum total of 276 dwelling units; deleting the amenities of a basketball court, spa and hot tub; and adding the amenities of detached garages, residents’ car wash and a trash compactor. /s/ Melissa B.  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 11-OZ-04 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, February 10, 2011, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 11-OZ-04 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance. The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the map below from Planned Unit Development (PUD) District to Residential Multi-Family Sixteen (RM-16) District and Highway Commercial (CH) District. /s/ Melissa B.  LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 PM on February 2, 2011, in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the above illustrated zone change request [2011-401] for property located north of Cherry Lane known as Liberty Village (approx. 43.74 acres). The request is to rezone 6.37 acres from PRD (Planned Residential District) to RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District) and to amend the PRD to eliminate the 6.37 acres of open space from the plan.
