LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 PM on February 1, 2012, in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the above illustrated zoning request [2012-401] for property located east of Robert Rose Drive, just north of Medical Center Parkway (approximately 20.21 acres). The request is to rezone 10.37 acres from RS-15 (Single Family Residential District) and 9.84 acres from OG (General Office District) to PUD (Planned Unit District). The property will remain within the GDO-1 district. The application for zoning is being made by the developer, Lifestyle Communities, whose representative Mr. Alan Thompson, may be reached at (615) 244-8591. The request is to rezone the property from RS-10 (Single Family Residential District) to RM-12 (Multi Family Residential District. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to consider abandoning a portion of the old Fortress Boulevard, Gresham Lane, and Manson Pike rights-of-way, as identified in the above illustration [12-701]. With the completion of the roadway improvements, there is excess right of way that is no longer needed and it is being recommended to be deeded to the adjacent property owners. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, February 9, 2012, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 12-OZ-02 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the map below from General Office (OG) District to Highway Commercial (CH) District.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, February 9, 2012, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 12-OZ-03 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance so as to modify the conditions of the Planned Signage Overlay (PSO) District for the purpose of allowing Vertical Signs that would project from the building face, separated by a minimum of 250 linear feet of building frontage or by a parking field or drive aisle and allowed at only 10 locations throughout the development.
