Notice is hereby given that on the 18 day of December 2012, Letters Testamentary, in respect of the estate of William F Brock Jr, deceased, who died November 28, 2012, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this Notice if the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) before the date of the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

The Purchasing Committee reserves the right to accept the lowest or best bid and/or reject any and all bids.

Sealed bids will be received by the City Manager at the City Manager’s office, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, until 3:00 p.m., January 28, 2013, for Corrosion Mitigation for Patterson Park Pool Water Slide for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The bids will be opened and read immediately thereafter.
Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained in the City Manager‘s office, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, or the Parks and Recreation Department’s office, 697
Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
A contract performance-payment bond of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract price will be required.
No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after bids have been opened. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
Bidding shall be in accordance with the Tennessee General Contractor’s License Law. Bidders on construction of the amount of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars or more must be
licensed contractors as required by T.C.A. 62-6-103. Bidders shall place their bid in an envelope showing the bidder’s name,
license number, expiration date, and that part of classification applying to the bid in accordance with T.C.A. 62-6-119.  Bids not conforming with this provision shall not be opened.
Bidders are required to submit an affidavit at the bid submission that the contractor has a drug-free workplace that complies with T.C.A. Title 50, Chapter 9.
