Payment can be made on or before January 3, 2012 without penalty and interest. Taxes paid or postmarked after January 3, 2012 will be subject to penalty and interest. Checks should be made payable to the City of Murfreesboro. If you have any questions concerning your tax notice or if you have not received your tax notice, please call the Tax Department at City Hall, 893-5210.  We can also assist with questions regarding the State of Tennessee’s Tax Relief Program.
