Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, November 17, 2011, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, as heretofore amended, Ordinance 11-O-34 dealing with building height in the RM-12 and RM-16 Districts.  Three copies of the proposed Ordinance are on file with the City Recorder for review by the public.
