CITY OF MURFREESBORO APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF WEEDS AND GRASS ORDINANCE

 LEGAL NOTICE OF PENDING EXEMPTION

Applicants Mr. Stan Vaught and Mrs. Terri Vaught are requesting exemption from the weeds and grass ordinance on the property located south of Venture Point Apartments along the south side of Mercury Boulevard, Tax Map 103B Group B Parcel 17.00, as provided in City Code Section 14-53.  It is requested that the property return to a natural state or as a wilderness area.

The neighboring landowners within 250 feet of this property have 30 calendar days to object in writing to the Building and Codes Department, P.O.
