Upon the First and Final Settlement of the Estate of Grace Bush Delahunt having been filed by Nancy Delahunt Loucky, Executrix, notice is hereby given pursuant to TCA Section 30-2-603 that on the 26th day of October, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., the Probate Court Clerk shall examine the settlement at the office of the Clerk and the same will be taken unless any exceptions thereto are filed in writing with the Probate Court Clerk before the above date and time.

To BOBBY ALEXANDER and THE UNKNOWN AND UNBORN HEIRS OF BOBBY ALEXANDER and to JOYCE O. TAYLOR, MALCOLM FOE, ANN BANE, LOVETTA PACK, MARGARET VASSAR, JAMES FOE, FRED FOE, LESIA McCLUSKEY, STEVE ALEXANDER, MARTHA TAYLOR, DEBBIE LaFOREST, JAMES ALEXANDER, JERRY ALEXANDER, JASON ALEXANDER, CLARA M. BOYD, J.C. ALEXANDER, and to ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in or to the lands of Comer Baxter Alexander described in the Complaint in this cause, who are to be herewith notified by publication since the Defendant Bobby Alexander’s residence is unknown and since there may be unknown and unborn heirs. The lands subject to the Complaint are described as follows:

Being located in the 16th Civil District of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and being described as follows:

Bounded on the North by Harrison and Simpson (now Paul Leyhew); on the East by Youree (now Jim Morgan) and Trimble Road; on the South by Parker Brothers and Pitts (now Parsley Brothers and Meyers); on the West by Vault and Hibdon, containing 200 acres, more or less, and being the same property conveyed to C.B. Alexander and wife, Josie Alexander, on the 13th day of November, 1947, by deed of record at Deed Book 100, page 555, of the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee.

You are hereby summoned to appear within 30 days after the date of the last publication of this summons and defend the above-entitled action in the above-titled court, and answer the Complaint and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiffs, George H White, at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of the court.

This action is a Complaint for Sale by Division of the lands of Comer Baxter Alexander wherein the Court has in rem jurisdiction of the lands of Comer Baxter Alexander lying in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and to determine the identity and degree of kinship of the heirs-at-law of Bobby Alexander, if any, whose address and/or identity are unknown.
