NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE  WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 19, 2010, executed by JERRY F. ALEXANDER AND ALTA R.
