It appearing from the complaint in this cause, which is sworn to, that Tracy Marie Vandling and William O. Rodriguez,  resides out of the State and cannot be personally served with process, it is ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in the Murfreesboro Post, a newspaper published in at Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in Rutherford County, requiring the said defendant to appear before the Judge of said Court on or before thirty (30) days from date of last publication hereof and make defense to the Complaint filed in the above cause, which seeks custody/termination of parental rights or otherwise said complaint will be taken for confessed and cause proceeded with ex parte.

The City of Murfreesboro will receive and publicly open sealed bids for 8.5’ x 26’ x 7’ Enclosed Fire Investigation Trailer.  Bids will be opened February 24, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. in the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, P O Box 1139, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37133-1139.  Specifications may be obtained from the above office during normal working hours or online at www.murfreesborotn.gov.  The City of Murfreesboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

RUTHERFORD COUNTY FISCAL YEAR 2014 THDA HOME GRANT APPLICATION

Funds are available through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, HOME

Program; and Rutherford County wishes to improve housing throughout the County.

Rutherford County may apply for HOME grant funds in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00.

Rutherford County will make application for HOME funds for housing improvements.

The Rutherford County Commission will consider a resolution authorizing application at the February 13, 2014

Commission Meeting. All citizens are invited to comment at said meeting: all comments and questions will be considered. Rutherford County does not discriminate.
