The Purchasing Committee reserves the right to accept the lowest or best bid and/or reject any and all bids.

WHEREAS, on September 26, 2008, Aaron F. Cole and wife, Kim J. Weast, executed  a Deed of Trust to Gail C. Victory, Trustee, to secure a Deed of Trust Note in the principal sum of $190,000.00, payable to Gene H. Smith and Houston E.
