believed to be a parent of the minor child E.A.G.: You are hereby notified that the above-styled action which seeks the termination of the parental rights of Dustin Bruton Prosise, and any other unknown or un-named father as to the minor child, E.A.G., was filed against you in said Court on the 3 day of March, 2013, and that you are hereby COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Superior Court of Bacon County, Georgia, in Alma, Georgia, on the 17 day of February, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. Order requested shall be to terminate the parental rights and obligations of Dustin Bruton Prosise, and any other unknown or un-named father, with respect to the minor child, E.A.G., and of the child to them arising out of the parental relationship, including rights of inheritance.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee until 2:00 p.m., CST on Monday, January 6, 2014, for the Old Fort Park Indoor Tennis Complex Demolition Package (Phase 1), located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following elements:
Demolition of existing fencing, buildings and other vertical elements at the Old Fort Park as defined on the demolition plans. There will be no demolition of the existing building slabs, pavements or concrete flatwork.
Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined at the Engineering and Planning Office, City Hall, Murfreesboro; F.W. Dodge Plan Room, Nashville; at Lose & Associates, Inc. (1314 5th Ave North, Suite 200, Nashville, Tennessee) Copies of these Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained from Lose & Associates, Inc., upon payment of a non-refundable amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Room 218, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN. Representatives of OWNER and ENGINEER shall be present to discuss the project.
To demonstrate Bidder’s qualifications to perform the work, Bidder shall submit written information on present commitments and on experience. Regarding experience, submit listing of at least three (3) similar projects constructed and completed by the Bidder within the last five (5) years. The list should include project name, project owner, and project owner’s contact and shall be submitted with bid package.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price to guarantee that the bidder will enter into an acceptable contract under bond. A contract performance bond and payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. Contractor will be required to certify to a drug-free workplace as specified in the bid documents.
Payment will be made on the 15th day of each month on the basis of ninety five percent (95%) of the work completed during the previous month.
No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (90) days after bids have been opened. The City of Murfreesboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Bidding shall be in accordance with the Tennessee General Contractor's License Law. Bidders on construction over the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) must be licensed contractors as required by T.C.A. § 62-6-103. Bidders shall place their bid in a sealed envelope, showing the bidders name, license number, expiration date, and that part of classification applying to the bid, along with applicable and State required sub-contractor licensing information, in accordance with T.C.A. § 62-6-119. Bids not conforming to this provision shall not be opened or considered.
