The Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department is accepting sealed bids for a contract to provide removal and disposal of sludge from the lagoon at the Stones River Water Treatment Plant. LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

The Rutherford County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on February 13, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rutherford County Courthouse, Public Square in Murfreesboro, TN, to obtain public comment on the following items:

 

1. Dahrmendra K.    Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, February 13, 2014, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, as heretofore amended, Ordinance 14-O-10 revising the definition of “family”.  The proposed Ordinance is on file with the City Recorder for review by the public.
