The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on September 3, 2014 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to

consider an application [2014-715] to abandon approximately 0.23 acres of the right of way of Moskovitz Court as shown on the above illustration. The application is being made by Mr. Jim Jones and Mr. John Manning whose representative, Mr. Clyde Rountree, may be contacted at (615) 893-6441 for additional information.
