LearningRx wins top award at national convention

Colorado Springs, Co. – The Murfreesboro LearningRx center was presented with the 2010 Customer Service Award at the company’s national convention held in Colorado Springs recently.

“We’re proud of the tremendous accomplishments of our Murfreesboro team,” said LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development Tanya Mitchell. “They are impacting hundreds of lives in Tennessee with their commitment to improving the way people learn.”

According to Mitchell, the 2010 Customer Service Award is based on a franchisee’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which indicates the likelihood an individual would recommend the business to a friend.

“NPS was developed by business loyalty expert Fred Reichheld,” Mitchell said. “By following his methods, we’re increasing customer satisfaction and improving our business. Our Murfreesboro center is an example of the methods at work and a reason we are growing so rapidly.”

In Tennessee and throughout the nation, LearningRx centers are experiencing phenomenal success. “We intend to continue increasing profitability while improving the cognitive skills of people everywhere,” Mitchell added.

LearningRx centers help individuals of all ages and performance levels. Unlike tutoring or computer-based programs that focus on behavior management or specific academic skills, LearningRx provides brain training that improves skills like memory, attention and processing speed. It does for mental abilities and the brain what exercise does for the body. www.LearningRx.com
