Lawrence South, 84, of Murfreesboro passed away Monday, January 04, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Mr. South was born in Carmi, IL to the late Thurman and Edna South. He was an Electronics Techinician for Dixie Typesetting and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. South was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Sendek of Murfreesboro; sons, Glenn South of Belgium, Europe; Victor South of Ft. Myers, FL; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 06, 2010 at 10:00am at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
