A 39-year-old La Vergne woman is being charged with aggravated arson in an early morning fire which destroyed four units at the Weekly Rentals on Murfreesboro Road in La Vergne, according to La Vergne Police Chief Ted Boyd.

Police are searching for Latisha M. Bradford, a former resident of the rent by-the-week complex. When found, she will be charged with aggravated arson for allegedly setting the fire at the former Fairlane Hotel.

Forty-eight people were displaced by the fire and the Red Cross made arrangements for the residents last night.
