“Before you have a chance to forget your resolutions to get in better shape, visit some of the classes we offer in La Vergne,” said Parks and Recreation Director Jeff Marler. “Our fitness programs are held at indoor facilities, so participants can stay active year-round, whether it's freezing, raining, or very hot outside. The first step is the hardest step, just get moving.”
