Kimberly Stoecker has been named the next principal of Siegel Middle School, Director of Schools Don Odom announced.
Stoecker has served as assistant principal at the school since 2007. She is a veteran educator with more than 20 years experience.
“Siegel Middle has earned the reputation as a high performing middle school and Mrs. Stoecker has been an integral partner as SGM attained those honors,” Director Odom said.
Previously she served in the STEM curriculum as a Siegel Middle science teacher and a Biology teacher at Lebanon High School. She has additional training experience for Professional Learning Communities and completed the Tennessee Academy for School Leaders training.
“I have been blessed to be a part of the Siegel Middle School community for the past 13 years. It is an incredible honor to be chosen as the next principal,” Stoeker said. “I am excited about the opportunity to continue to build on the level of excellence and high expectations that are already in place.”
She succeeds Tom Delbridge, who has been named the attendance supervisor for Rutherford County Schools.
