Records from the property assessor’s office showed the seized home at 347 Titans Circle in the Villages of Savannah Ridge is owned by James C. Rowland of 3163 S. Church St. The searched homes are owned by James C. and Rhonda Rowland of 953 Warrior Drive and neighbor Chad and Robyn Smotherman of 947 Warrior Drive. A search warrant was also served at Chris Rowland’s Rowland Development office on South Church Street.
