Johnny Ray Clark, age 60 of Smyrna died Thursday, March 14, 2013.

Mr. Clark worked for McKesson Medical Packing. He is survived by his children, Johnny Clark, Jr. of Pleasant View, Eric Clark of North Carolina; brothers, Mike Clark of Smyrna, Terry Clark and wife Lorrie of Lebanon; and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Joe Johnson will officiate. Burial will be at Harris Family Cemetery in Ashland City at 2 p.m. Saturday. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna 615-459-3254
