James T. Kerr has been appointed by Governor Phil Bredesen to serve on the board of directors of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA).
Kerr who is active in the Rutherford community will serve a four-year term on the RTA Board which is comprised of city and county mayors and community leaders in a nine-county area in the greater Nashville region.
Vice resident, for Business Development – Transportation for Wiser, he is one of six people appointed by the Governor to serve on the board whose members provide oversight and leadership to the RTA.
