JAMES “JIM” ALLEN ASCHBACHER, age 63 of Murfreesboro died January 2, 2011.

He was a native of Tullahoma TN and the son of the late, Charles Allen and Mary Gladys Cantrell Aschbacher. Mr. Aschbacher was a member of Unity Baptist Church and retired Correctional Sergeant with the State of Tennessee. He was a Desert Storm Veteran and had 20 years of combine service between Army and Tennessee National Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Aschbacher; sons, Charles “Chuck” Bruce Aschbacher and wife Jamie of Murfeesboro, William “Bill” Walter Aschbacher and wife  Toni of Keller, TX; grandchildren, Aida Mercer, James Dylan Aschbacher, and Addison Claire Aschbacher.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Aschbacher to Unity Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3360 Murfreesboro TN 37133.

Funeral service will be 1:00PM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Doyle Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with full Military Honors. Visitation will be 5:00PM to 8:00PM Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel 615-893-5151. www.woodfinchapel.com
