Jerry Dale Owens, age 51, of Smyrna, died Tuesday, September 4, 2012 after a brief illness. He was the son of Jarrett Owens and the late Dorothy Baker Parker.
Mr. Owens is survived by his wife of 26 years Amy Brunsman Owens; brothers Terry (Lucy) Owens and Grady (Stacey) Givens both of Fairview; sisters Penny (Mike) Hackney of Dickson and Pam (Grady) Tomlinson of Bon Aqua; step-mother Brenda Owens of Fairview; nephews Jay and Derek Owens of Dickson; niece Keysha Frambrough of Dickson; and life companion, dog, Max.
A celebration of life will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Smyrna. Bob Bush will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to service on Saturday.
Memorials may be made to your local Little League Baseball Team in memory of Mr. Owens.
