Jeffery "Pig" Wright, age 53, of Murfreesboro, known to his family as Bubba, passed away on December 19, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. He was a native and life-long resident of Rutherford County. He was a member of the Baptist Church and was a mechanic at D & D Repair.
Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyte and Carrie Nipper Herman; and sister, Kay Warrick. He is survived by his son, Jeremy Wright; daughter, Katelyn Wright; brother, William Wright; sister, Rita Faye Underwood and Vicky Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
Chapel service for Jeffery will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Coleman Cemetery. Co-workers and friends will serve as active pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home, 820 S. Church St., Murfreesboro, TN 37130. (615) 893-2422 www.jenningsandayers.com
