Irene Elizabeth Ritchey Bell, age 88, of Murfreesboro, passed away on October 11, 2012 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native of Warren County but resided in Rutherford County. Irene was a member of Victory Assembly of God and a homemaker.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents; Lee Denny Ritchey, and Etta Smith Ritchey; husband, Robert Carson Bell; infant son, Glenn Bell; sister, Gracie Mayo and brother, Lee Denny Ritchey, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Brenda Bell (Thomas) Davis; son, Gwen Devon (Leslie Kaplan) Bell; sister, Hazel Stacy; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Evergreen Cemetery with Timothy Davis officiating. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers.
