One robbed handed a teller a note demanding money during a robbery about 11:30 a.m. Saturday of SunTrust Bank inside Kroger’s on Northfield Boulevard, Murfreesboro Police reported.

The suspect is described as heavyset, clean-shaven black man between the ages of 18 and 26. He was about 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall.

He was dressed in all black including a black hoodie, black toboggan with a bill, dark jeans, white and black tennis shoes, black sunglasses and bright pink cloth gloves.

The vehicle he possibly left the scene in was mid-size and light in color.

Crime Stoppers will pay rewards up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect.

Murfreesboro Police detectives and the FBI are investigating.
