The Junior League of Murfreesboro will hold the eighth annual Hollyday Marketplace from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Murfreesboro.

Hollyday Marketplace, a boutique-style craft show spotlighting local vendors from the Middle Tennessee area, will boast two ballrooms of vendors selling a multitude of handcrafted items including candles, jewelry, adult and children’s clothing, furniture, and holiday decorations.

The proceeds from Hollyday Marketplace benefit Greenhouse Ministries and other local nonprofit organizations supported by the Junior League.

In 2011, the event generated more than $10,000 for these organizations.

This year’s event will feature a raffle for a $1,000 shopping spree to The Avenue Murfreesboro. Raffle tickets are $5 each and will be sold at the event with the drawing to take place on the same night. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold for the raffle.

Tickets to the 2012 Hollyday Marketplace may be purchased ahead of the event for $5 from any Junior League of Murfreesboro member or at the following locations: Mills Family Pharmacy, Reeves-Sain, The Write Impression, Carla & Co, E. Allen Boutique, Merle Norman, Mimi’s Boutique, Bella’s Boutique, Bombshells, Harmony Home, Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and Trendy Pieces, as well as several local banks.

Tickets purchased at the event are $7.
