Golda Bandy Conley, of Murfreesboro, formally of Richlands Va., the daughter of the late Clarence W. and Della Jones Bandy of Seaboard, Va., died Monday, January 30, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Conley, her parents, and sisters Viola Griffith, Marie Clairborne, Jacqueline Chisholm, Brothers Richard and Clarence Bandy and son-in-law, Dr. Harold Spraker.

She is survived by her daughter Betty Spraker of Murfreesboro, two grandsons Dr. John Spraker of Bowling Green, Ken., and Dr. Mark Spraker and wife Ivy of Dahlonega, Ga., two great grandchildren Benjamin and Piper Spraker; sister, Frances Terry of Colonial Heights Va.; nieces Donna Murray and husband Dwight and Louise Vance Cheryl Howel and her husband Rhudy, and nephew Ben Griffith and wife Shirley all of Va.

Mrs. Conley was Postmaster during WWII and a retired Bookkeeper. She was a member of the Cedar Bluff United Methodist Church, a Church still on the land donated by her great grandfather Andrew Jones. Pallbearers will be the grandsons, other family members and her friends.

Graveside service will be at a later date in Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Va.
