Bocce season is here and the St. Rose Bocce Club is holding a membership drive for anyone interested in joining its spring league.
“Bocce is fun and exciting and is easy to learn,” said Bill Bickford, St. Rose Bocce Membership coordinator. “Once you play competitive Bocce, you’ll be ‘Hooked on Bocce’ and will look forward to the league next fall.”
St. Rose League Bocce teams consist of four or more players, either mixed, men or women. Single players or couples are welcome to join for the spring league, which starts in March.
There will be a Bocce clinic held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 at the St. Rose Bocce court next to the St. Rose School ball fields.
